Review: 2015 Ford F150 - N4BB

I’ve been anxiously awaiting this test since Ford first announced this truck early last year. I watched in envy as automotive journalists from all over were invited to Texas to give this truck its first tests. Never has a vehicle faced such high expectations, and I’m just speaking from me. Ford’s 2015 F150 is a long overdue complete redesign of their flagship vehicle. Ford sold more F150s than any other vehicle in Canada again in 2014. a feat they have repeated for 5 years. This new truck has some mighty shoes to fill. Legacy pressure aside, Ford had the momentous task of merging innovation with long-standing reliability. They needed to build a truck that helped bring better mileage without changing their drivetrain too much. Ford’s new truck uses the same 6 speed transmission as it’s predecessor does, and the same 5L V8, 3. 5L EcoBoost V6, and 3. 7L V6 engines. What this does mean, however, is while this truck is a total redesign, at least the drivetrain is tested and proven over the last 4 years. Which is a good thing too, because Ford has taken a big gamble with the 2015 F150. This truck is stylish, even when coated in winter. Man Who Got 8-Year Sentence For Vehicular Homicide Picking Up New Arrests - The Chattanoogan

A Soddy Daisy man who served time in prison for a 2007 vehicular homicide that left one person dead and two others permanently disabled has been arrested once last year and eight times this year. Judge Don Poole, in sentencing Steven Tyler Frizzell to eight years in prison in 2009, said he hoped he would turn his life around. Frizzell was the driver of a Ford Taurus that went out of control on Memorial Day 2007 on Old Hixson Pike. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in May 2014. On March 2, 2015, a deputy saw a white Cadillac fail to make a complete stop at the intersection of Ellen Road and West Crabtree Road. When the car was pulled over, it was found that Misty Campbell was the driver and Frizzell the passenger. " It was found that Ms. Campbell had a revoked driver's license and a felony warrant from Grundy County on a drug charge. The deputy said Frizzell admitted being "high" on drugs and acknowledged that he had thrown something out of the car window. Frizzell was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. The Wyoming Highway Patrol on Monday identified the 20-year-old man who died Sunday in a crash on Casper Mountain. Nikolas Clark, of Casper, died around 7 a. m. Sunday on Casper Mountain Road after his car went over a cliff, said Highway Patrol Trooper Jason Sawdon. “Somebody traveling too fast down the mountain is what it looks like it is,” Sawdon said. Toxicology tests will also be performed to see if Clark had been drinking alcohol, Sawdon said. Sawdon said the car did not appear to have any mechanical failures. Witnesses said Clark’s 2002 Ford Focus was traveling upward of 70 mph near a bank of mailboxes when the vehicle veered right, went airborne and hit two trees. He died on impact, Sawdon said. Clark was wearing his seatbelt, and the car's airbag deployed. He was alone in the vehicle, Sawdon said. “I told my dad, ‘You won’t believe it. We’ve arrived and I’m driving a Ford F150,’” he said.
