When the car was pulled over, it was found that Misty Campbell was the driver and Frizzell the passenger. " It was found that Ms. Campbell had a revoked driver's license and a felony warrant from Grundy County on a drug charge. The deputy said Frizzell admitted being "high" on drugs and acknowledged that he had thrown something out of the car window. Frizzell was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. On March 25 at 2:30 a. m. , police saw Frizzell standing out of his silver Ford F150 in a car wash stall at the corner of Oyler Street and Highway 153. It was observed that the truck was not wet.
