During the raid, police confiscated bank records, $1,430 in cash and two vehicles that belonged to the women: a Nissan Sentra and a Toyota RAV4. On Wednesday last week, police raided Bala Bala, located in the 2000 block of Pennington Avenue in Hopewell, and arrested a female manager and a female employee. Feng Rong Chen, the 46-year-old manager, of Queens, NY, was charged with promoting prostitution. Chen was arrested earlier this year along with two other alleged prostitutes when police raided Bala Bala and seized more than $20,000. Prosecutors say the establishment recently reopened.
