> First-degree theft and third-degree burglary were reported Tuesday at 7:54 p. m. in the 9800 block of Lee Road 240 in Phenix City. > Burglary and theft were reported Tuesday at 5:12 a. m. in the 100 block of Toomer Street. > Second-degree theft was reported Tuesday at 6:53 p. m. in the 700 block of Biggio Drive. > Samantha Elisa Berry, 21, of Opelika, was arrested Tuesday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. > A black 1997 Lexus ES300 sedan was stolen from the 1800 block of Bull Durham Street Tuesday at about 8 a. m. > First-degree theft occurred between Jan. > Burglary and theft occurred between March 6 and Tuesday in the 300 block of Second Avenue. > Fraudulent use of credit/debit card and theft occurred at 11:57 a. m. Tuesday at 2190 Tiger Town Parkway, Home Depot. Derris Deanthony Bradford, 43, of Clarksdale, Ga. , was charged with identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, first-degree theft of property and trafficking in stolen identities. > Identity theft occurred Monday or Tuesday in the 1800 block of Briarwood Lane. > Tamara Leigh Ramos, 27, and Ulyses Rosa, 31, of Valley, were arrested on warrants charging them with second-degree robbery Tuesday at 5:36 p. m. on E.
