Wald Body Kit Gives Mercedes C-Class the Fake AMG C63 Look - autoevolution

We're not talking about classy and expensive stuff like Brabus makes, but ordering parts online, probably from China, and pretending your C 200 has a V8, like that green velvet-wrapped car we spotted in Turkey recently. The tuning project proposed by Japanese company Wald International is something like that, mainly because if their choice of grille: the Panamericana style that used to be specific to the most hardcore models. But if you think about it, Wald always liked making pretend sports cars, as many of their works had AMG or M-style exhausts. There's a bunch of these things on Ali Express, shipping for as little as $60. For that kind of money, Mercedes will probably sell you a bolt or a keychain. The OEM+ style is done with a new insert that goes over the bottom of the front bumper and makes the C-Class look butch. Wald proposes two styles of quad exhaust pipes, as well as an F1-style brake light mounted in the middle of the bumper. Source: autoevolution

The BMW E83 X3 was the first of its kind, the first BMW X3 , a model that’s a best-seller for the Bavarian brand these days. It was widely based on the E46 platform and shared a lot of its underpinnings, making a great driver’s car, despite its size and high center of gravity. The steering was hydraulic, something you don’t see on new cars these days and it had plenty of feedback sent to the driver. At the same time, a lot of the engines were naturally aspirated, yet another feature you don’t see anymore. Yet, we are still months away the premiere of the new 4 Series generation (G2x). The first to appear is the Coupe (G22), programmed for mid-2020, with the Convertible (G23) to follow after during Fall. According to sources , the start of production (SoP) for the 2-door 4 Series is programmed for July 2020, with the SoP for the roofless 4 Series following in November this year. The large-sized grille, with the kidney covering the entire height of the front end, are clearly visible even under that rather heavy cladding. Compared to F33, on the G23 generation they will not be connected to the grille, yet they will extend very close to the kidneys. The M Sport and Sport Line models will feature vertical shiny black louvres with a high-sheen frame (most likely, polished aluminum), while the Luxury Line will expose vertical chrome slates with the outer kidney frame also in chrome.
