Competition Clutch Flywheels
Competition Clutch flywheels are made of 4140 forged steel and
are a one-piece design. This helps significantly in reducing the chances of
ring gear separation and friction surface warpage. All flywheels can be
resurfaced. The correct flywheel step can be obtained by calling us directly.
The lightweight steel flywheel (ST suffix) is recommended for naturally aspirated and/or street driven applications. This flywheel preserves low-end torque and drivability This flywheel preserves low-end torque and drivability, while still offering quicker acceleration, deceleration & rev matching-Well suited for This Stage 2 clutch application.
Stage 2 – Street Series 2100 Clutch kit
This assembly provides up to 80% increase in torque capacity and is
properly suited for aggressive street use and moderate track use. The Brass
Plus material with its alloy backing matched to a performance pressure plate
will provide smooth engagement and extended life.
500-mile break-in recommended with this set-up.
