Tulare teen, Porterville woman killed in county crashes - Visalia Times-Delta

A woman was killed in a collision at Road 80 and Avenue 368 just after 7p. m. on Monday, November 17, 2014. CHP Sgt. Chuck Mosely said witnesses said a tractor-trailer, pictured, loaded with oranges and southbound on Road 80 failed to stop for a red light and struck the woman's Toyota Forerunner as she was traveling eastbound on Avenue 368 through the intersection. Road 80 was closed around the intersection for several hours while crews cleared debris. On Monday night, Olivia Thompson, 32, of Porterville, died when her vehicle collided with a big rig tractor trailer at Road 80 and Avenue 368, about 10 miles north of Visalia. According to the CHP, Madison Pacheco, 19, of Visalia, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Blazer westbound on Avenue 208, west of Road 180, near Plainview.
