$14k is my bottom number. Please do not look like an naive/fool offering me less or asking to test drive and do drive it for close to an hour and offer 10-12k knowing you don't have money..Research how much rod bearings are worth at your local shop before parts. Then research how much the vanos rebuild is at a local shop before parts and before the valve adjustments...
Subframe checked and perfectly fine!

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six features individual throttle bodies, dual overhead camshafts, and VANOS continuously-variable valve timing. Peak output was 333 horsepower with 262 lb-ft of torque when new.The six-speed manual transmission routes power to the rear wheels through a limited-slip differential.

Factory color: Carbon Black Metallic *Rod bearing recall was done in 2005 and I redid them with ACL bearings 3k miles ago.Vanos was rebuilt by Besians Kit 3k miles ago along with ECS bolts.Went to German Auto Sport in Orlando for services.Rotors are 2 piece zcp rotors with braided lines with Hawk pads (noisy)engine mounts done 3k miles agoSoft-Top has a brand new motor. works flawlessly and quick. No leaking.New windshield cowl.Packet of service documents. Only takes liqui moly 10-60Fully loaded inside with oem-Nav6-Speed trans (stage 2 clutch 15k miles ago)CCV catch can systemBavAuto Strut Bar (Might take off before sale)
Control arm bushings and sway bar link from bmw with documentationcarbon fiber 2x2 pattern overlay front lip will stay onBilstein suspension all around (appearance wise seems to be installed around 15k miles ago) The shop who did the bearings n vanos pointed that out along with the 2 piece zcp rotors that run 600 a pop
