Police: Philly man steals van with special-needs patients inside - WGAL Lancaster
Police say the 28-year-old driver stopped at his house in north Philadelphia at about 10:45 p. m. Saturday to turn off his lights due to an electrical problem. When he emerged less than a minute later, he found that someone had stolen the 2007 Chevrolet Uplander with the patients inside.
