Indianapolis, IN—Three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Tony Stewart has come to an agreement with now former series owner Guy Webb to become the sole owner of the All-Star Circuit of Championship Sprint Car Series. Stewart, owner of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, and Tony Stewart Racing, which fields two Sprint Cars for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, plans to take the ASCoC to a new level of success. Prior to the purchase of the All Star Circuit of Champions, Stewart reached a separate agreement with Rob Hunter and Shane Helms, promoters of the Renegade Sprint Series. The agreement will bring together both series to form the UNOH All-Star Circuit of Champions with a 50-race schedule for 2015. Oregon, WI—Gregg McKarns, new owner of the ARCA Midwest Tour, has announced that he will also be the new owner of Madison International Speedway in Oregon, Wisconsin. The half-mile oval opened in 1969 when Sam Bartus built the facility and ran it until selling the track to Fred Nielsen in 1980. Bob and Tony Zider bought the track in 1983 and made improvements with concrete grandstands and a backstretch score...
