Burnet man killed in multi-vehicle wreck - Victoria Advocate

Lorenzo Castillo, 52, from Burnet, was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from his vehicle about 11:30 p. m. , 2 miles southwest of Victoria, said Trooper Ruben San Miguel. Castillo was driving his 1997 Ford F-150 northbound in the southbound lane. The driver of a truck pulling a semi trailer saw Castillo coming and attempted to swerve out of the way. Castillo's vehicle hit the trailer but continued moving north, San Miguel said. Then Castillo's truck collided with a 2007 Dodge Charger with two passengers. A two-vehicle crash in Grant County on Friday afternoon killed a Sheridan man and injured a Pine Bluff man, Arkansas State Police reported. Leon Trice III, 36, of Pine Bluff was driving a 1999 Ford F-150 pickup east on U. S. 270 about 1:40 p. m. when he passed on a double-yellow line and hit a 1997 Honda Accord head-on, according to a crash report.
