CravenSpeed Adjustable Short Shifter for MINI Cooper and Cooper S 2007-2013 R55 R56 R57 R58 R59 R60 R61 Manual Transmission.
This Craven short shifter directly replaces the stock MINI shift lever. This shifter is adjustable and able to slide up and down to change the pivot of the lever and shorten the throw of the shifter based on how low you adjust it.

This is the best short shifter made for the MINI Cooper as you can adjust it to your liking. The solid aluminum shifter box bushings included with the kit replace the stock rubber bushings to firm up the shifter feel even more. The top of the lever is machined and threaded to be able to use aftermarket shift knobs. If you want to use the stock original shift knob the plastic adapter is also included to allow you to snap it on. To adjust the shifter length turn black knob on the red center part to tighten and loosen the shaft up and down. This allows you to adjust the shifter anytime you want without needing tools.
Keep in mind if you want to shorten the throw a lot you will need to remove the bottom cover of the shifter box to allow the lever to come down far enough and the cables still to move.
