For meg som elsker 70-tallets sportsbiler, sto Giugiaro bak ikoniske design som Lotus Esprit (hvor produksjonsutgaven ble mye vakrere enn det første konseptet), DeLorean DMC-12, Maserati Bora, Maserati Merak og BMW M1. Alle design som står... Det var så ekstremt at Giugiaro påsto han stort sett hadde tegnet det med linjal. Frontrute med 13-graders vinkel I 1968 hadde Marcello Gandini forbløffet verden med sin Bertone Carabo. Hvis du vet hvordan en dørkile ser ut, så skjønner du også hvorfor designet ble beskrevet som kileform. Det var en designretning som kom til å prege det neste tiåret stort. Først med Carabo, så med den sinnssykt ekstreme Lancia Stratos Zero, og til slutt med legendariske Lamborghini Countach. Giugiaro lå ikke på latsiden og presenterte sin Bizzarrini Manta i 1968. New tracks and cars will be added to the upcoming racing video game "Forza Motorsport 6. ". Developed by Turn 10 Studios, "Forza Motorsport 6" is a video game published by Microsoft for the Xbox One. The game features 26 tracks, along with new locations such as Rio de Janeiro, Daytona, Brands Hatch, and Watkins Glen. The game designers synced the spots to real-life locations, showing puddles forming in places they would expect in real locations so that players will learn the hazards ahead of time. The latest track announced to be joining the game is Connecticut's Lime Rock park, which was described as the spiritual home of motor racing in New England.
