As I was writing my article on my recently deceased 3. 8L JK engine, I received a press release from Auto Meter. As you can imagine, I (along with all of the other editors), get a slew of press releases on a daily basis. However, I did think Auto Meters pillar pods were worth mentioning. Since my JK is a manual, I don’t really have a need or want for a transmission temperature gauge, nor am I interested in axle-temp gauges. But, I wouldn’t mind a volt meter and oil pressure gauge.
