That was something the Johnsons learned during a Minnesota Executive Program at the Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis as part of Doug’s... “He did a deal where he divided us up by extroverts and introverts and had us plan a trip,” Doug said. “The I’s were all we’ll go here and it’ll be OK, and then the E’s had to know what they were going to wear, eat and how they were going to get there. At 12 years old, Tamzen, the daughter of a businessman and school teacher in New Richland, found she had a knack with numbers. “The week after my mother died [from acute leukemia], my dad sat me down in the chair and said, ‘You need to write this down,’” she said. So when Tamzen graduated from high school in 1977, she attended Waldorf College in Forest City, Iowa, to become a professional singer. “I found out really fast that I was a talented person in a small pool but when I got into a bigger pool, there were a lot of talented people there,” she said. Then, Tamzen thought she’d be a forensic medical examiner like the old TV show, “Quincy. Ford Bronco Spotters Guide - SUV Bio - Four Wheeler Network

The Ford Bronco (produced in the Wayne, Michigan, Ford truck plant) was introduced with the ’66 model and lived a long 31-year production life. The last year of production for the United States was marked by the ’96 model and was then replaced by the four-door Ford Expedition. As with the popular Ford pickups, the aftermarket offered plenty of upgrades for the Bronco, and crossover OEM parts were plentiful. The Wagon was the most common and offered a full-length roof with upper body sides installed on the basic body. Smooth, contoured door openings filled in a portion of the area where full steel doors were used on the other models. The models offered either bench or bucket front seats, and an optional rear seat. Up front, Ford offered what it called the Mono-Beam Suspension. Straight axles were used with the front axle connected to the chassis via forged steel radius arms and a lateral track bar. Ford boasted about the “wide” 57-inch track width of the first-generation Bronco. Coil springs were used up front, while conventional leaf springs were used in the rear. Source: www.fourwheeler.com

2015 GMC Sierra Elevation Edition - Top Speed

Both the Sonoma-based Syclone and Jimmy-based Typhoon used a turbocharged and highly modified version of the 4. 3-liter V-6, sported lowered suspensions, bigger brakes, and an all-wheel-drive setup. The Syclone was capable of hitting 60 in a blistering 4. 3 seconds on its way to a quarter-mile run of 13. 6 seconds. This "sport truck" sports a bone-stock, 285-horsepower, 4. 3-liter, EcoTec3 V-6 found in the base Sierra. Of course, for some extra scratch, customers can upgrade to the 355-horsepower, 5. 3-liter, EcoTec3 V-8. The story continues throughout the rest of the truck. Stock brakes, stock tires, and stock suspension. GMC has included plenty of upgrades in the Elevation Edition, though they consist of purely cosmetic changes. UPDATE 01/21/2015: GMC announced prices for the special edition Sierra Elevation which goes on sale this month. Prices will range from $34,865 for a 2WD model equipped with the standard 4. 3L V-6 and up to $39,890 for the 4WD version equipped with the 5. 3L V-8 engine.
