Hyundai's Sports Car Future Uncertain - Top Speed

The decision to hold back on entering the sports-car market is based on what is best for Hyundai at this time. According to Tony Whitehorn – the CEO of Hyundai U. K. – there isn’t a lot of money being made from sports cars right now, and he claims the market is continually getting smaller. This news doesn’t mean Hyundai will avoid the market forever, but right now is not a good time for it to take on a sports model. When Hyundai comes to the sports-car market, it needs to bring something the competitors don’t have if it wants to succeed.
