According to the Post , a teenager has been arrested for stealing/trying to steal several pricey cars from Manhattan parking facilities, including two on the Lower East Side. The crime spree began July 13 when Fraser and two accomplices allegedly swiped a $42,000 Infiniti Q56 from a parking lot on Henry Street.
