Girard man killed in Liberty one-car accident - WKBN.com
LIBERTY TWP, Ohio (WKBN) – A 39-year-old Girard man is dead after a fiery accident on Logan Way Avenue in Liberty Township early Sunday morning. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Serhiy Kozachuk was driving north on Logan Way at the curve near the Liberty Swim and Tennis Club when he lost control. His Infiniti G35 hit three utility poles, a mailbox, and a guardrail before catching fire. Kozachuk was pronounced dead at Saint Elizabeth Medical Center. His passenger Konstantin Tolstykh, 24, of Girard is listed in critical condition at Saint Elizabeth’s.
