The Infiniti QX50 grows 3. 2 inches in its wheelbase, promising additional cargo space and more rear passenger room. Meanwhile, the Infiniti Q70 tacks on a new Premium Select Edition package with unique 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels, a rear decklid spoiler, and other design enhancements. The Infiniti QX80 adds a Signature Edition, which includes goodies like a saddle tan high-contrast interior, chrome mirror caps, and driver assistance package. The Mercedes assistance could be a much needed improvement for Nissan/infinity. I know that they were getting help from Renault in France for their race engines, and I'm not sure if Mercedes will also take over from Renault but it could really help Nissan/infinity improve. So basically, Lexus/Toyota and Infiniti/Nissan are still playing catch up. I remember when the Japanese firms used to be leaders in engine design, but lately the Germans and Americans are pushing forward with things like direct injection and turbos.
