Early Thursday morning, Gomez says he laid in bed and listened to what he thought was a typical argument between his neighbors on western Gwinnett County’s Sage Street. It was too dark, he says, to tell what was really happening, that one of the men was being stabbed repeatedly. Police say a passerby spotted the man, drenched in blood and nude, lying in the driveway and called 911 at about 7:10 a. m. The victim, identified by authorities only as an Asian man in his mid-30s, was reportedly in grave condition and undergoing... Michele Pihera, spokeswoman for Gwinnett police. “I’ve been told the inside of the house is a really brutal scene,” Pihera told reporters in front of 6463 Sage Street. A large amount of blood was drying in two spots on the pavement and splattered all over an Infiniti G20 in the driveway. Also on the pavement were the wrappers from multiple HyFin Chest Seals, which Pihera said were used by emergency workers when a person’s chest has been punctured.
