Driver pinned in Jeep after hitting tree in Isabella County - MLive.com
ROLLAND TOWNSHIP, MI — A Mount Pleasant man was pinned inside the Jeep Cherokee he was driving after leaving the road and hitting a tree, police say. 5, on West Blanchard, west of Guy, in Rolland Township, the Isabella County Sheriff's Department reports. Robert Glenn Dean, 32, was driving west on Blanchard and crashed after entering the curves just west of Guy, police said. The 1997 Jeep Cherokee went off the road on the right shoulder and began to slide sideways across to the other side of the road. Dean was pinned inside the Jeep until firefighters extricated him. The Michigan State Police, Millbrook-Rolland Fire Department, Fremont Township Fire Department, Mobile Medical Response, Aero Med and Central Dispatch assisted the sheriff's department.
