You are getting a used original factory driver left side HID/XENON headlight. The part came out of a 2001 Lexus ES300but may fit 2000 to 2001 Lexus ES300 models. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. All mounting points are in excellent condition, lens has some signs of wear due to age, road wear and is a bit hazy from the inside (see pictures). You will be getting the headlight, ballast and bulbs (the bulbs and ballast have been tested and found to be in working condition, see pictures). Although, bulbs and ballast are included, they are to be considered a bonus to the part purchase and therefore are not covered under the 30 day warranty. Consider checking the pictures of the electrical connections and make sure it fits your vehicle.
