This is a USED OEM left driver's side LED headlight for a 2014 - 2018 Lexus GX460.
The lens has a crack and small hole in it near the edge of the grille, and it also has rock-chips and small scuffs/scratches on it from use. It is a bare light and comes as pictured without it's ballast.
This is a used part so it does have some road-wear such as scuffs, scratches, rock-chips, dings, etc. All/any damage is both described and visible in the pictures.
