This service is to reset (erase the memory), renew/unlock your second hand ISM.This will allow you to program it to your vehicle using Autel or Autologic.CHEAP AUTEL TOOLS CANNOT PERFORM THIS. 
The buyer must send us a good working replacement ISM, we will erase the memory, so that you can take it to a Mercedes-Benz specialty shop and program it.

Common symptoms of a defective ISM 
module include:
Car won't shift gears. No P, R, N, D.Vehicle may not start, no crank-. The ISM (intelligent servo module) is responsible for the transmission gear position
 It will prevent the car from turning over if it does not recognize that the car is in Park on Neutral.
