Motorcyclist Injured In Crash Near Cass High School - Patch.com

According to the Georgia State Patrol, a 2012 Nissan Maxima was traveling southbound on Colonel Way while a 2009 Harley Davidson was heading westbound on Cassville-Whtie Road. Spokesperson Tracey Watson said the crash occurred when the Nissan failed to yield and pulled out into the westbound lane along Cassville-White Road. The car hit the motorcycle on its right side, which caused its operator, Adairsville resident Christopher Lewis Talton, 28, to lose control and overturn on its side, Watson stated. Amy Lee Danielson, 32, of Cartersville, the driver of the Nissan, was charged with failure to yield after stopping at a stop sign, Watson added. Source: patch.com
