Aaron Harris was booked with aggravated rape and second-degree kidnapping, after New Orleans police said the victim picked his photo from a lineup and identified him as her attacker. According to Harris' arrest documents, the victim told police she was abducted June 29 around 6:45 p. m. , as she walked home from her RTA bus stop at Gannon Road and Hayne Boulevard. The girl told police she felt she was being followed, and looked back to see a dark-colored Nissan "creeping behind her. She said the man driving the car jumped out, grabbed her by the arm and forced her into the back seat of his car. She told investigators the man stopped, pulled her out of the car, and warned that if she reported the attack he would kill her. The girl said that after the man drove off, she ran to a friend's house and called police.
