Plano woman found after Senior Alert issued - WFAA
Plano police discontinued a Silver Alert Sunday morning after a 77-year-old woman diagnosed with a cognitive impairment was found safe. Blanca Piccolo's red 1991 Nissan Stanza had been spotted along Highway 377 near Pilot Point in northern Denton County on Saturday afternoon. Police spokesman David Tilley said Piccolo was finally tracked down in Titus County, about 100 miles east of Plano, with the help of a report from the public, prompted by an alert posted on Texas Department of Transportation message signs.
