CHP seeks pickup involved in fatal Sutter County collision in June - Sacramento Bee

The California Highway Patrol is asking the public's help in locating a pickup truck involved in a fatal crash in Sutter County in June. A man, with a female passenger, was riding a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle westbound on Highway 20 east of Lytle Road, traveling in the left lane, as a pickup southbound on Lytle Road made a left turn onto eastbound Highway 20. The motorcycle struck the... The pickup driver left the scene immediately after the collision. As of Thursday, CHP officials said the driver of the pickup and the vehicle had not been positively identified. Evidence recovered at the collision scene and witness statements indicate the vehicle was a 2001 to 2004 white Toyota Tacoma pickup, with “TRD-Toyota Racing Development” emblems on the sides, according to the CHP. It may have damage to the left rear quarter panel, left rear light assembly, rear bumper and rear tail gate.
