The deputy knew that under the terms of probation, the suspect, a 27-year-old Springs resident, was not allowed to consume or possess any alcohol. The man, on probation for a gang-related assault in a bar, was relieved of his beer and given a chauffeured ride to county jail. A resident in the 10 block of Creek Lane reported that sometime between July 2 and July 6, someone stole his 2005 Nissan Frontier that included a $2,000 camper shell and more than $5,000 in tools and electronics. Deputies were sent to the bike path near Robinson Road for a report of a man who had been staring at a bush for the last two hours. The man, a 46-year-old Windsor resident, was reportedly incoherent. A deputy found a glass pipe and a syringe on the man. Tuesday, July 14:. 7:54 a. m. – After a traffic stop in the 18000 block of Sonoma Highway where the motorist was doing 45 in a 30 mile an hour zone, a search of the vehicle revealed a glass pipe and a bag of methamphetamine. The 34-year-old Sonoma man was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while unlicensed, and given a ride to the county jail.
