This is a vintage Stewart Warner 8,000 RPM Blueline tachometer . The part number ink stamped on the back of the tach is 429370 as shown. This tach is a real deal performance part from the 1960's.
This tach is in very good original condition as shown. The face looks great with a chrisp, vibrant dial and a real glass lens. The lens is free of chips, cracks and scratches and does have some fogginess on the inside as well as some wear on the SW logo as shown. The original bezel is very nice with a great shine and no pitting, dents, or other damage. The back of the tach is as nice as the front. This tach has been tested and works very well throughout the RPM band with no sticking or hesitation. This is an awesome tach!

This tach does require a sending unit for its specific application. They senders for this style tach come in two designs. One is a remote sender that looks like a red can. The other is a triangle shaped gold box that screws on to the back of the tach and is totally contained. Once of those senders can be found in my other listings.
