Police blotter: Vandal spray-paints church - Simcoe Reformer

A church in Simcoe was vandalized with spray-paint this weekend. Graffiti was applied to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church and a fence surrounding the building in the early morning hours of Sunday. Anyone with information related to the damage is asked to contact the Norfolk OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers of Haldimand, Norfolk & Tillsonburg at 1-800-222-8477. `Mamba’ pickup stolen. The owner of a pickup truck on Cockshutt Road saw a thief steal it from his driveway this week. The 2006 Ford F150 FX4 had 18-inch black rims with “Mamba” written on the side. Pickup stolen in Simcoe. A pickup truck was reported stolen from First Avenue West in Simcoe this week. A mailbox was stolen near Simcoe this week. The mailbox was taken from the end of a driveway on Charlotteville Road 7 in the early morning hours of Monday. Norfolk OPP are investigating. Norfolk OPP are analyzing video footage in an effort to identify the culprits in an act of vandalism in Simcoe this week.
