FRANCONIA >> Home builder WB Homes wants to put 50 homes on a 20. 5-acre site at Township Line and Cowpath roads. WB isn’t asking for the industrial portions to be rezoned to residential, but is asking the township to consider putting the property into the Mixed Residential Development overlay zoning, he said.
