Police eye truck in connection with lawn business burglary - WHAS 11.com (subscription)
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Louisville Metro Police is asking for the public's help to catch a thief. Police say someone broke into Browning Equipment on River Road and stole equipment worth up to $100,000. The thief took several lawnmowers, chainsaws, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers and other lawn care equipment. "We want to thank our Community, the Media and the Louisville police department for their continued assistance in working to find the people responsible for the break in at our business. Police are warning people to be cautious about buying this type of equipment from people around town. Police are looking for a dark green Ford F-150 with a trailer attached to the rear.
