Performance Accessories 3-inch Body Lift Kit PN-70043 raises your truck for adding larger diameter tires, without altering the factory suspension system and OE ride of your 03 Ford F150.

It includes high pressured fiberglass reinforced nylon lift blocks, 3/16 inch laser cut & powder coated bumper relocation brackets, a CNC machined & plated steering extension, high strength hardware, with extension brackets.

Purchase a set of urethane wheel-well extensions separately (Gap-Guards for Fleetside PN-6730) or (Gap-Guards Flareside PN-6734). These conceal any gaps between the body and frame. You can install this gap guard system in 7 to 8 hours. It comes fully with everything necessary for installation.
