Westbound lanes of I-265 in New Albany re-opened following car fire - WDRB
Officials say a chain reaction crash happened as a result of the traffic backup. Police say a white F350 Ford crashed into the back of a Chevy cargo van. The Chevy cargo van went into the rear of a Ryder rental box truck. As a result, the driver of the Chevy cargo van became trapped. Officials say the driver of the Chevy cargo van was cut out of the vehicle and flown to U of L Hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.
