2016 Ford F-150 Limited - Top Speed
Now with the new generation F-150, the theme continues, but with a host of upgrades and brand new features that haven’t been seen before. The truck features a block-lettering “Limited” emblem across the hood just above the grille, rolls on unique 22-inch chrome wheels, and has a large chrome trim piece on the tailgate embossed with another “Limited” logo. The new trim level will arrive at dealerships this winter with the other 2016 model-year trucks. Since the Limited sits at the top of the range, the LED headlights and fog lights are standard equipment. Like other trim levels, the front bumper is chrome with body-colored end caps. The biggest visual upgrade on the rear is the satin-chrome appliqué on the tailgate that lets everyone know what trim level you’re driving. The taillights are LED units as well, and feature the radar sensors for the blind spot monitoring and cross-traffic alert – two of a handful of safety equipment coming standard on the Limited. Other gadgets include lane-keeping assist, the 360-degree camera system, and Ford’s all-new Pro Trailer Backup Assist.
