Seventh St. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations and driving while intoxicated. Sihapanya was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set. • Brian Robertson, 44, of 969 W. Holley was arrested Saturday in connection with a felony parole violation, terroristic threatening and public intoxication.
