Joan Wynne says she was leaving the Jones compound on September 30, 2014, in the Bentley when an exit gate closed prematurely on the car. Wynne wants between $100,000 and $200,000 from the Joneses because their gate did not have an appropriate rubber covering on its edge and because it had a bolt sticking out of it that made contact with Wynne's car.
