Alyssa Toth, 23, of Mastic, was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze northbound on William Floyd Parkway behind Garcia’s car and crashed into his car after the initial collision. Xavier Patino, 37, of Queens, was driving a 2011 BMW X6 westbound on Montauk Highway and was struck by the first two vehicles. He was transported to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue where he was treated for minor injuries and released.
