The guys have been behind some of the most expensive cars ever tuned in Japan and now they’re back with a rather new take on a car that is rarely tuned: a BMW ActiveHybrid 7. Even so, the 2-ton car is rated at a combined fuel efficiency of 35 mpg (6. 7 l/100 km) while CO2 emissions are kept in check at 158 g/km. People don’t buy these cars to drag race them but rather to ride along in comfort. Chrome seems to be a big thing in Japan and the car is now wearing it in the most unexpected places like around the headlights and taillights as well as on the front bumper. Other changes include a BMW carbon headlight lid, chromed mirror covers and Alpina 21 inch rims that are basically the only thing we really like about it. Going inside, you’ll notice that wood inserts go all around and, while that might do the...
