The incident took place between 7pm on Sunday, August 9 and 8. 05am on Monday, August 10. Burglars forced entry through the front door and stole a small amount of copper piping. The incident was reported to police on Tuesday, August 4. The padlock was forced off the door. The incident took place at Edge End Farm on Buxton Road between Tuesday, August 4, and Saturday, August 8. Thieves forced their way into a building which is used for storage of equipment and left with the bikes and a cement mixer. One of the bikes is described as a red and silver 2001 trials machine with some damage to the wheels and the front brake. The others are a silver and black 2006 trials bike with its rear mudguard missing and a green Kawasaki K85 with a missing filter cap.
