A Good Samaritan, a male driver from Manville, N. J. , who happened upon the accident, stopped to aid the victim and called police. A 28-year-old passenger in the delivery truck then stepped out to see why the driver hadn't returned to the vehicle and saw the victim who suffered from head injuries lying on the ground.
