I-69 back open in Madison Co. after crash - WRTV Indianapolis
The crash occurred around 8:30 p. m. Saturday at the 215 mile marker, near State Road 13. The victim of the fatal crash was identified as 25-year-old Chelsea J. Cornell of Anderson. Police said it appeared Cornell lost control of her 2004 Chevy Trailblazer while make a lane change, causing her to enter the median and eventually to flip over a cable barrier into southbound traffic.
