Chevrolet India, owned by General Motors Firm (NYSE:GM) [ Detail Analytic Report ] has reported that the firm has no plans to release any new product for coming 6 to 12 month in India. GM stated that it will start exporting India-made cars to Mexico from coming month. Earlier when GM India released the new Spin MPV and Trailblazer SUV in India, the firm had claimed that Chevrolet will release 10 new cars in the coming 5 years. Despite that Arvind Saxena, President and MD of General Motors India stated that the firm will still go on with the plan and all the new models will be across sections. He stated that he can only say all these products would be across the sections of the market, the market would get the top of the products from the Chevrolet portfolio. During its revealing event the firm had claimed that it will be introducing the Trailblazer SUV by the end of this year, which means that following the release of trailblazer for the coming 6 to 12 months GM India would be riding majorly on...
