WELLSVILLE WOMAN HITS SIGN - The Review
Tonya Sutter, 35, of Wellsville was transported by North Star ambulance to East Liverpool hospital after crashing her 2000 Chevy Lumina into the West Point exit sign off the south bound lane of state Route 11 around 1:15 p. m Wednesday.
