Ohio man dies of injuries in Ida accident - Monroe Evening News
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reported that Brent J. Foreman, 43, of Sylvania, Ohio, was pronounced dead at 7:08 p. m. on Friday while at Toledo Hospital. The accident occurred at Rauch Rd. and Lewis Ave. Preliminary investigation reveals that Mr. Foreman was driving a 2009 Chevrolet HHR eastbound on Rauch and failed to stop for the stop sign at Lewis. Upon entering the intersection, Mr. Foreman’s vehicle collided with a 2009 Chevrolet pick-up truck that was traveling northbound on Lewis and being driven by Brian S. Hosler, 55, of Dundee.
