So, there’s this YouTube channel called Regular Car Reviews , which does exactly what one would think: reviews regular, everyday cars. The latest subject of his slightly insane clips is a classic Chevrolet B-Body: a 1992 Caprice. Today, these cars with those futuristic skirted rear wheels are most likely owned by two types of individuals: purveyors of the inexplicably sad Donk trend and skateboard-hating elders that will drive under the limit (the slower the safer, right)...
