Victim identified in Interstate 69 crash, listed in critical condition - Evansville Courier & Press
A Lexington, Kentucky man is in critical condition at St. Mary's Hospital following a single vehicle accident on Interstate 69 in Warrick County Monday afternoon. According to the Warrick County Sheriff's Office, Timothy Emberton, 43, was driving southbound on I-69 in a 1995 Chrysler Cirrus and lost control of the vehicle, crossed the median, struck the guard rail in the northbound lanes and drove back... Indiana State Police spokesman Todd Ringle said a motorist stopped at the scene after the accident and reported that the driver had been driving erratically prior to the crash.
