Michael Donnell Jordan, 31, of the 5200 block of West Third Place, has been charged with shooting Jason McGee, who told police Jordan killed his brother around 2006 in Gary, the probable cause affidavit states. McGee turned west onto 7th Avenue. Police found McGee in a brown Jeep Cherokee at Methodist Hospitals Northlake campus in Gary, where he'd driven himself for treatment of gunshot wounds to the back of his head, neck, right side of his chest and right shoulder. Witnesses and an officer in the area reported hearing four to five shots near the 1500 block of West 5th Avenue and then saw a silver or gray four-door Pontiac speeding south on Grant Street from 4th Avenue. McGee told police he was driving east on 5th Avenue at Grant Street when he pulled up next to the Pontiac, which was being driven by Jordan. McGee told police Jordan rolled down his window half way and started shooting at him. Source: www.chicagotribune.com
