Red Deer RCMP seeking tips in alleged kidnapping, assault - Calgary Herald
RCMP were called around 2:10 a. m. on July 25 to respond to a report that a man was abducted and assaulted. Police say the man was walking down the alley behind his home in the Eastview neighbourhood when a truck pulled up and stopped. The male driver and two male passengers then got out and threw the man into the box of the truck, before driving away. The truck stopped a short distance later and the man was dragged out of the vehicle, assaulted, and left in an alley in the neighbouring Morrisroe community. Police describe the driver as a Caucasian man, about five-foot-10, with dark hair. The first passenger is about five-foot-eight, with blonde hair. The second passenger was wearing a grey hoodie with a zipper and the hood up. The truck is a newer red Dodge Ram pickup crew cab (possibly 2500) with dark rims, a cover on the box, steps on each side, extended side mirrors with yellow lights, and...
